Put on the New Self | Colossians 3

Colossians 3 teaches what it looks like to put on the new self,  and it explains how we benefit from doing so. 

Are you weary of navigating  life the same old way that doesn't work? Are you tired of reacting in ways that leave you feeling badly? It doesn't have to be like this anymore. We don't have to respond how we used to before we knew Christ as Savior. HE has made each of us "a new creature" (2 Corinthians 5:17).

Though it's easy to live in ways that rise up naturally,  let's cast off the old self and its useless, sinful flesh patterns. As we put on the new self, we'll experience freedom and joy as never before.
